It is possible to join the insurance at the same time as booking or purchasing the tourist service, or at the latest 45 days before the start of the booked service. In the event of a subsequent booking, the cost of the excess for travel cancellation varies from 15% to 20%.

Anyone resident in the EEA (European Economic Area), the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City State.

The insurance covers cancellation and interruption of the trip and medical expenses resulting from involuntary, unforeseeable and unknown circumstances at the time the policy is subscribed. See section A (Assistance and medical expenses), C (travel cancellation), section D (reimbursement for travel interruption), for all cases covered by the insurance.

A maximum of 10,000 per trip cancellation or interruption (4,000 per person) is covered.
For travel assistance and reimbursement of medical expenses, we advise you to consult the table of insured sums (page 10 of the policy).

FOR STAYS IN THE PERIOD 26/05/2023 - 16/09/2023:

• 100% if the written communication reaches the campsite at least 14 days before the arrival date

FOR STAYS IN THE PERIODS 30/03/2023 - 25/05/2023 AND 17/09/2023 - 09/10/2023:

• 100% if written notification reaches the campsite at least 72 hours before the arrival date.

If at the time of booking, you have booked your holiday with the non-refundable rate, no refund will be given under any circumstances.

Guests who interrupt a stay that has already begun will not be refunded.

Minimum stays are not required for pitches. For all the accommodations are required minimum stays of 7 nights in the high season and 2/3 nights in low season (depending on accommodation type).

Minimum stays of 7 nights are required from the week of Pentecost until mid-September (please see details on the property description page).

Bookings  open at the end of Season. However, you can always request to make an early booking for the following season through our booking centre.

Yes, BBQ is possible. 

Bed linen and towels are available on request at the reception.

Bed linen costs €12 for double and €10 for single. The amounts are for the entire stay.

We don’t have any specific cleaning fees. However, we do request that our clients leave the property in the same order in which it was found. For those who decide not clean in any way, we will retain: €50 per mobile home.

Reception is open from 8am to 10pm during high season and 8am to 8pm during low season.

Check-in is from 15:00 for both pitches and structures.

Structures must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., pitches by 10 a.m.

Early check-out available on request.

Yes, although the reception is closed there is always a night watchman available to lead you to your accommodation. We request you always advise the reception in case of any delay.

Italy, unlike Spain, does not have a “siesta” culture. However, between 1pm and 3pm entertainment and music activities are suspended so as to allow for a more peaceful few hours for our guests.

Yes, it is possible. However, in order to ensure better rest for our guests, access is permitted only on foot from 12am to 6am.

The cash desk is open every day from 8am to 12pm and from 4pm to 9pm, except for Saturday afternoon.

Payment is required at the cash desk within one day of your arrival.

Yes, payments made via Bancomat are accepted, as well as through credit card (Visa or Mastercard), with minimum payment of €20. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.

No, unfortunately we do not accept payment by cheque.

The campsite agrees to perceive the tourist tax, payable by all customers, on behalf of the municipality of San Felice del Benaco. Each customer will therefore be required to pay this tax on their day of arrival, the next day at the latest. The tax is € 1,20 per night. They are not applicable to disabled people and children under 14 years of age.

No, all children must be accompanied by at least one adult.

You can empty the chemical toilet in the designated area within each of the health facilities or in plots equipped with drainage ("A", "XL", "BLUE", "L").

The campsite offers restaurant/pizzeria, bar, market, private beach and 2 piers, entertainment, sports facilities (football, beach volleyball, tennis, table tennis, gym), guided bike tours, bike rental, ticket office for events such as guided tours, boat/ferry rides, amusement parks and so much more.

You can buy tickets for most local attractions at our reception.

There are many different attractions on Lake Garda depending on your taste and the type of activity you’re looking for. For more information, visit our "area” page.

Yes, you can rent bikes, just asking at the reception.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available for free and covers about 80% of the campsite area. All of our buildings also have direct access to Wi-Fi.

Yes, the Europa Silvella campsite has separate receptacles for paper, plastic, glass and wet waste. 

Yes, in each of the campsite’s four sanitary facilities there is an area with washing machine. The dryer is present in the bathrooms at the lake and in the bathrooms next to the pool. The cost for their use is €6 in one euro coins for the washing machine and 10 min, 1€. 

The gym is open every day from 8am to 11pm.

Anybody over the age of 16 can access the gym, and adult supervision is required for minors.

Yes, the use of the gym is completely free. Just ask at the Reception your card.

In Italy the number to call for emergencies is 112

On the Campsite, there's an ATM, just near the gym. 

Of course, it is possible to stay with people with disabilities. However, due to the shape of the campsite (which is on a hill, with some very steep streets), there may be difficulties for people with walking difficulties. These difficulties may also be encountered in our accommodations, as the spaces are very limited.

No, from 2017 it’s not obligatory.

The opening hours of the pool vary seasonally: during low season (mid-May) the pool is open from 10am to 6pm; during mid-season (end of May, June and September) from 9:30am to 6:30pm; during high season (Whitsun, July, August) from 9am to 7pm. During the entertainment period there will also be a night-time pool party, during which the pool will remain open. However, management reserve the right to alter the times depending on weather, attendance and other factors.

Our 3 swimming pools are not heated.

Yes, there is always at least one lifeguard present within the perimeter of the pools.

There are various entertainment activities: mini club for children, splash dance, yoga, Zumba classes, football and beach volleyball tournaments (even at night), karaoke, theme parties, musical evenings, shows, pool parties, cabaret, walking tour on the Manerba rock, quiz show, aperitif, games and many other activities!

Animation is organised all season long. 

Yes, the entertainment activities are free.

Animation is provided every day, with the exception of Tuesdays.

Europa Silvella relies on an international team made up of 4 to 8 people from all the main European countries, all of whom have knowledge of at least two languages in addition to their mother tongue.

There is a shop near the restaurant which is open every day during high season from 7:30am to 12pm and from 4pm to 7pm. During low season times may vary depending on demand.

The restaurant is open from 6pm. The closing time may vary depending on demand but it’s generally always open until at least 10pm. Management reserves the right to change the opening hours at any time.

The restaurant is open at midday.

You can have lunch at our restaurant or pool bar. 

Yes, you can order a pizza and/or takeaway food.

There are many restaurants nearby to suit all tastes: the classic Italian pizzeria, restaurants with local food or typical menus particular of certain areas of Italy, and some more commercial restaurants like McDonald's or Burger King.

The campsite is located directly on the shores of Lake Garda.
There are two direct exits to the public beach: one is to the beach 'La Romantica' in Manerba del Garda, the other exit is to the beach in San Felice del Benaco, called 'La Gardiola'. Not far from Gardiola is the town's port. 
In addition, you will find 3 piers owned by the campsite: one in front of the restaurant and the other two located on the beach of "La Romantica". 

Yes, dogs are allowed in the campsite only if they have a HEALTH CARD certifying they have received all necessary vaccinations. However, they can only stay within certain buildings: Maxicaravan Standard+, Comfort, Comfort Plus, Comfort XL, Lakeside, Coco Sweet, Coco Blu, Apartments and in all the camping spots. 

Yes, dogs are welcome both on the beach and in the lake.
